Terms of Service

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• “Service” means the Passline website and product — including the dashboard, assistants, and related tools we provide.
• “Customer Data” means the information you and your customers put into Passline, and the conversations the product handles for you.
• “Workspace” means your organisation’s space in Passline.

Passline helps businesses answer calls and messages with AI assistants and review those conversations. What you can use depends on your plan and the features you turn on. This public website (including demo and contact forms) is part of the Service.

• Use Passline only for lawful business purposes, and only if you can enter a contract.
• Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else used your account.
• Your organisation is responsible for what its users do in the Workspace.

You own your Customer Data. We use it only to run and protect the Service for you. You must have the right to add that data, and you must follow the law when recording or analysing conversations (including any notice or consent your callers need).

Transcripts, summaries, and other AI results can be wrong. Do not rely on them alone for medical, legal, credit, or safety-critical decisions. You remain responsible for how your assistants speak to your customers.

Do not use Passline to break the law, spam or harass people, bypass security, or upload content you do not have rights to. Do not resell the Service without our written agreement.

If you connect a third-party tool (such as sign-in, calendar, phone, or chat), that tool’s terms apply. We only exchange the data needed for the feature you turned on. We are not responsible if that tool is unavailable or changes its rules.

Passline owns the product, software, and brand. Feedback you send may be used to improve the Service.

Prices, usage charges, and payment terms are shown in your order, invoice, or in the product. Unless we say otherwise, fees are not refundable. Unpaid amounts may pause the Service. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

We may update features, perform maintenance, or pause access for security. We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use after the new date means you accept the update, except where the law requires extra consent.

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or that AI results will always be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passline is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the Service — including lost profit, revenue, data, business, or any other loss, whether direct or indirect. You use Passline at your own risk.

You will cover Passline against claims that come from your data, your assistants, or your use of the Service in a way that breaks the law or these Terms, except where we caused the problem through wilful misconduct.

You may stop using Passline at any time. We may suspend or close access for breach, security risk, non-payment, or long inactivity. After that, your right to use the Service ends. Sections on your data, our product, fees, warranties, liability, your responsibility, and these closing rules still apply.

These Terms follow the law of Passline’s place of establishment, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
